Audio access at CIBC bank machines

You can use CIBC bank machines that meet our “access for all” requirements at almost every CIBC branch and at a growing number of non-branch locations. Plug in any set of headphones with a standard jack into the bank machine for our audio instructions that will guide you through your transaction. You can also choose to blank out the screen while using the bank machine to ensure that no one can see your transaction information.

Print materials

Braille and large print statements are free of charge for any Simplii Financial account. They have the same information as a standard statement, except for legal and other disclosures. Requesting either of these statement formats means you’ll also be sent a standard print statement in the mail.
