Funding your Simplii Financial Foreign Currency Savings Account is simple. You can:
Transfer funds from your Simplii Financial No Fee Chequing Account, USD Savings Account, High Interest Savings Account, Personal Line of Credit, Secured Line of Credit or other Foreign Currency Savings Account; or
Transfer funds between your Foreign Currency Savings Account and your Simplii Financial line of credit, chequing or savings account (excludes registered accounts, such as RRSP and TFSA) at competitive exchange rates
Send Global Money Transfers (GMTs) to any country whose official currency is the same as your account (i.e., send INR to India, PHP to the Philippines, etc.)
Simplii Financial will use a competitive rate to convert the funds at the time of the transaction, which will be shown in your Online or Mobile Banking account prior to completing the transaction.
