We're evolving our brand to better reflect the experience we're building for customers. The updated look is part of a broader effort to create a more consistent experience across our website, app and other customer touchpoints.

We’re making some changes to our brand and experience to keep things simple and meet customers’ evolving needs.

We're introducing updated colours and design elements across Simplii experiences. You'll see these updates gradually appear across our app, website and other customer touchpoints.

Eventually all of our cards will take on the new look, but the process will take some time. 

If you need a replacement for a valid reason. In the meantime, your card should continue to function as usual. 

Most cards update automatically to the new design but if yours hasn’t, you can simply remove it, and re-add it to your mobile wallet. Either way, your virtual card will continue to function as usual.
