‡ The Simplii Financial Cash Back Visa* Card $50 PRESTO Voucher Offer (the “Offer”) begins on September 15, 2025. The Offer consists of a $50 digital PRESTO Voucher (the “Voucher”) to qualifying primary account holders for applying and being approved for a new Simplii Financial™ Cash Back Visa* Card (the “New Credit Card”) and complying with the following requirements:
1. Eligibility
This Offer is open only to Canadian residents (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence and apply for a New Credit Card online at simplii.com/presto or who receive a targeted promotional digital offer communication from Simplii Financial. This Offer is reserved for New Credit Card applicants only. Simplii Financial may approve your application, but you are not eligible to receive this Offer if you have opened or cancelled a Simplii Financial™ Cash Back Visa* Card within the last 12 months. This Offer can be combined with all other offers unless otherwise indicated. Individuals who meet the foregoing eligibility requirements and otherwise comply with these Terms are referred to as “Eligible Client(s)”.
2. Offer requirements
To qualify for the Voucher, an Eligible Client must:
i. Apply and be approved for a New Credit Card as the primary cardholder beginning September 15, 2025; and
ii. Make a one-time or cumulative Qualifying PRESTO Transaction(s) totaling at least $50 with your New Credit Card. The Eligible Client will have 60 days from the month after the New Credit Card is opened to make the Qualifying PRESTO Transaction(s) (the “Qualifying Transaction Period”). For example, if an Eligible Client opens a New Credit Card on October 7, the Eligible Client will have until December 31 to make the Qualifying PRESTO Transaction(s).
“Qualifying PRESTO Transactions” include purchases made using your New Credit Card to pay for transit by tapping your New Credit Card on a PRESTO fare payment device or loading your PRESTO card online (PRESTO website, PRESTO app, PRESTO in Google Wallet, PRESTO in Apple Wallet) or at a self-serve PRESTO vending machine with your New Credit Card.
3. Delivery of Voucher
If an Eligible Client qualifies to receive the Voucher, the Voucher will be available on the Exclusive Offers page within Simplii Financial Online and Mobile Banking and delivered to the email address you provided at the time of the New Credit Card application or the email address we have on file within 45 days after the Qualifying Transaction Period. The Eligible Client’s New Credit Card account must be open and in good standing at the time the Voucher is awarded.
4. Additional limitations and conditions
The Voucher must be accepted as awarded, cannot be exchanged for cash from Metrolinx or Simplii Financial and is not transferable or assignable. Limit of one (1) Voucher per Eligible Client no matter how many New Credit Card accounts are opened. The recipient of the Voucher is solely responsible for any tax consequences associated with their receipt thereof. The Offer is not transferable and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Simplii Financial Credit Card Agreement. Simplii Financial reserves the right to cancel or change the terms of the Offer at any time without notice, for any reason, and to revoke the Offer from any customer who appears to be manipulating or abusing the Offer, or is engaged in any suspicious/fraudulent activity.

This 20% cash back offer (applies an incremental 18.5% cashback to the 1.5% cash back already awarded) on eligible gas, groceries, drugstore purchases and pre-authorized payments and is available to new cardholders who apply and are approved for the Simplii Financial Cash Back Visa* Card beginning February 2, 2026. The 18.5% incremental cash back applies on eligible gas, groceries, drugstore purchases and pre-authorized payments made during your first 3 monthly statement periods beginning from your account open date or $500 in total gas, groceries, drugstore purchases and recurring transactions (up to $92.50 bonus cash back), whichever comes first. This offer will not result in any changes to the 1.5% cash back already earned on eligible gas, groceries, drugstore purchases and pre-authorized payments and those purchases will be included within the $15,000 annual spend limit that earns 1.5% cash back.

1 Cash back is earned on net card purchases (purchases less returns) when your account is open and in good standing and not on cash advances, interest, fees, balance transfers, payments or Convenience Cheques. Cash back is calculated as follows: Earn 4% on the first $5,000 in net annual card purchases on restaurant, bar and coffee shop purchases, which currently include merchants classified as Eating Places and Restaurants; Drinking Places (Alcoholic Beverages) - Bars, Taverns, Nightclubs, Cocktail Lounges, and Discotheques; Fast Food Restaurants; or Caterers. Earn 1.5% on the first $15,000 in net annual card purchases on gas, grocery and drugstore purchases and pre-authorized payments. Gas, grocery and drugstore purchases currently include merchants classified as Service Stations (with or without Ancillary Services); Automated Fuel Dispensers; Grocery Stores and Supermarkets; Drugs, Drug Proprietaries, and Druggist's Sundries; or Drugstores and Pharmacies. Pre-authorized payments are payments made on a monthly or other regular basis, which are automatically billed by the merchant to your Account. Earn 0.5% on all other net annual card purchases, including those in the categories above when the $5,000 and $15,000 limits are exceeded. If a transaction could fit under more than one cash back category, you will be awarded the cash back of the higher category, subject to the $5,000 and $15,000 limits. Merchants are classified by the credit card network and the network may change the names of classifications or change the classification of merchants at any time. Simplii Financial is not responsible for merchant classification. The $5,000 and $15,000 limits will reset to zero after the day your December statement is issued. Your cash back is applied as an annual credit on the primary cardholder’s January statement. Changes to terms, conditions and eligible merchant categories may occur at any time without notice. We may cancel the cash back program on 60 days’ notice. Credit for returns made on your Account may result in a deduction of cash back at a higher earn rate, even though the return may relate to a purchase that earned cash back at a lower rate.
3 "Purchase" means any Transaction other than a Cash Advance, Balance Transfer or Convenience Cheque. "Cash" means a Cash Advance, Balance Transfer and Convenience Cheque. Interest rates may change from time to time.
